When you use a contact or consultation form, Buildup receives the details you provide, such as your name, city, phone number, email address, company, budget, message, and requested meeting time.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, contact you, prepare a response, and keep a record of the conversation. If you choose the WhatsApp handoff, your browser opens a message containing the submitted details for you to review and send.

Service providers

Website hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the site. Additional notification or spreadsheet integrations are used only when configured by Buildup. We do not sell form submissions.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiries only while they are needed for follow-up, business records, security, or legal obligations. You may ask Buildup to correct or delete your enquiry when no legal obligation requires its retention.
